Conference registration:
IMOG 2011 will take place in Interlaken 18 - 23 September 2011. Please read this information before registering:

Student discount: EAOG student members will receive a significant reduction of registration fees! Please have the following information available when you register:

  • Students: Student ID
  • EAOG members: EAOG Membership number = Customer Reference number (is found on the annual invoice and on the address labels of your OG subscription).

    The IMOG 2011 Conference registration fee includes:

  • Attendance at the conference
  • Conference coffee breaks and lunches

    Payment Information
    All payments must be made in Euros.

    • Credit card payments can be made by Visa or Mastercard only. Unfortunately payment cannot be made by debit cards or American Express
    • All credit card payments will be debited in euros; if your credit card account is NOT in euros, the payment will be converted by your card issuer. They may also charge you a fee for doing so.
    • Credit card payments cannot be taken by telephone as written authorisation is required.
    • If delegates would prefer to make payment by cheque please contact the Secretariat.

    CONFIRMATION
    Confirmation of registration, together with a receipt of payment, will be forwarded by the Secretariat. Further details and directional maps will be available on the conference website (www.imog2011.com) three weeks prior to the start of the conference.

    CANCELLATION
    Registration fees will only be refunded, less a €30.00 administration fee, for written cancellations received prior to 19th August 2011. Refunds will not be made for cancellations received after this date, but named substitutions will be allowed at any time. Please note that any refunds due will be paid after the conference has taken place.
